ADP-12M
First class powered cabinet
High output, self powered (Class D switch mode power supply), two-way stage monitor. Consists of a 12″ (3″ voice coil) coaxial transducer with demodulating rings and a 3″ VC compression driver with a titanium diaphragm and a 40ºH x 60ºV dispersion horn. DSP (FIR technology) controlled with 1500W amplification, 132dB SPL.
Description
The ADP-12M Stage monitor is part of the ADP Self powered, DSP integrated Series. It has been designed to offer the utmost sound reinforcement reliability, incorporating the latest acoustical and electronical technology and delivering incredible, dynamic sound.
The ADP-12M is an extremelly high power, high sensitivity two-way stage monitor providing exceptional performance. Each cabinet has a DSP integrated for system protection and optimization. This DSP applies linear phase (FIR) and classical crossovers. Other features include temperature sensor, fan speed control, Ethernet options and many more. Weight and performance are two important considerations when choosing a monitor.
The ADP-12M has an unbeatable power to size ratio, there is no need for external amplification racks, is very light weight and as such is the ideal solution for portable or fixed sound reinforcement enabling quick and easy set-ups.
Perfectly suited for:

Hardware for ADP-12M
|
Enclosure The ADP-12M cabinet is constructed from 11-ply premium birch plywood (15mm thickness) and finished with polyurea coating |
|
Internal design The internal structure of the ADP-12M is heavily braced for greater longevity and all parts are assembled on metal inserts with metric screws. The amplification modules & DSP are housed in a separate chamber to the drivers avoiding excessive heat & vibration, thus delivering greater efficiency and reliability. |
|
Side panel The powder coated steel side panel contains all connections and houses the ADP-12M amplification modules and DSP, is easily accessible and housed separately from the drivers for increased reliability and efficiency |
Grill The ADP-12M has a heavy duty, powder coated front grille with a special acoustic rear fabric to protect the transducers against dust and dirt. |
|
Handles An ergonomic, die cast handle with firm internal grip is located on each side of the ADP-12M enclosure to facilitate transport, positioning and loading of the cabinets. |
|
Transport A durable flight case is available to transport two ADP-12M. |
Components
It uses a 12” coaxial neodymium woofer with demodulating rings for lower distortion and smoothed response and a 3” VC compression driver with composite titanium/mylar diaphragm and a 60º x 40º dispersion horn. Modified exponential horn flare for improved acoustic loading and controlled coverage. Waterproof cone for outdoor use.Low weight and compact common magnet system design |

Amplification & DSP
Bi-amplified Class D with switching power supply. Includes one 750W power module for the 12” transducer and one 750W power module for the HF driver.
The amplification far exceeds the transducer need thus resulting in high output, high damping factor and extremely low levels of distortion.
