The Seoul’s National Maritime Museumis the third lagest museum in South Korea. The museum was inaugurated on July 9 (2012) and is located in Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo-gu, Busan.
The museum exhibits more than 12,000 maritime relics, including the ‘Joseon Missional Ship’ which is the largest replica in South Korea – half the size of the actual ship.

Lynx Pro Audio have released a new sub, the ADP-12S to their ADP Series. The ADP-12S is a high output, self powered (Class D switch mode power supply) direct radiation sub bass. It uses a 12” neodymium transducer with double spider for improved linearity, is DSP controlled with 1000W amplification and delivers a peak 134dB SPL.
The ADP Series is the company’s touring range and all the cabinets in this series are self-powered with integrated DSP. This powered family is very versatile, has a very impressive power to size ratio and not only deliver incredible sound and reliability but are also very easy to use. Every box comes with 13 presets which include a basic full-range preset, various crossovers with 80-90-100 Hz frequency cuts and a flat preset so that the user can adjust the parameters manually. Ethernet capabilities are also available which allow the user to see the input level signal, fan speed, power module temperature etc. Manufactured from Premium birch plywood, high grade paint, ergonomic handles, anti-rust grilles and with neodymium, nomex, titanium, integrated DSPs and class D switching power supply amplification on board the ADP Series is a unique development in sound reinforcement.
D&E International (Ltd), Lynx Pro Audio’s distributor for China exhibited at the Guangzhou Entertainment Technology Show in China between 28th February to 2nd March.
The exhibition, held at Guangzhou Pazhou World Trade Centre is becoming a very popular platform for Pro Audio in China and visitors were able to see amongst other products, the new LX-V12 line array on the stand.
Other products included the LX-V8 line array, ADP series cabinets and QB Series speakers, as well as the ARK processors.
Pan Music, Lynx Pro Audio’s exclusive distributor for Germany held open days at the company’s head quarters in Lohne, Germany on 9th & 10th January.
The German distributor had a series of seminars for the complete 2 days and also exhibited almost every single product from the Lynx Pro Audio Portfolio. An LX-F6 array was used for the duration of the open days in the seminar rooms and an LX-V12 and LX-V8 line array were also on display.
The German company unveiled the LX-318HC cardioid to its customers as well as various new ADP series cabinets.
The open days were very successful and visitors not only got to see the high quality of Lynx Pro Audio finishing but were also invited to listen to the equipment.
