L’Alqueria del Basket of the Valencia Basket Club

Next to the pavilion of the Fuente de San Luis, in Valencia (Spain), rises the biggest installation of Europe for a basketball youth team: “L’Alqueria del Basket”. This spectacular pavillion opened in 2016 by the champion of the last Endesa League and last Super Cup.

L’Alqueria del Basket is the work of the Valencian architecture studio ERRE Arquitectura. Its construction involved 230 workers and 45 companies, 90% of them Valencians. Lynx Pro Audio has been in charge of the sound reinforcement for the main court and both conference rooms, with CXA-12 and QB-5 respectevly.

L’Alqueria lodges 13 courts (9 covered and four outdoors), with a last generation parquet, three changing rooms per track, and all the complementary equipments for training 500 boys and girls and give support to professional teams, male and female, of the Valencia Basket Club.

Designed and equipped to perform elite training and play matches of training leagues. This track has a grandstand with a capacity for 250 spectators, with the possibility of extending it to 500. It is also prepared for people with reduced mobility.

L’Alqueria del Basket has eight indoor courts in addition to the main court, with a privileged view for 120 spectators, a scoreboard by track, state-of-the-art parquet and padded walls. Also it has two different meeting rooms equipped with WiFi, electronic screen, projector and whiteboard with a capacity of 30 people. One is named Miki Vukovic (a coach who managed to win the Copa del Rey in 1999) and the other is named with the date on which Valencia Basket won the Endesa League.

At the Chengdu Expo, held from September 26th to 28th in China, XIYALINGKE, the distributor of Lynx Pro Audio, showcased an extensive range of Lynx systems to introduce them firsthand to the public.

XIYALINGKE exhibited over 100 products, sending a highly experienced team to the Chengdu fair to explain every detail of the Lynx Pro Audio systems. Representatives from the company shared, “LYNX is our flagship product, offering seven series of speakers, two series of digital processors, and three series of amplifiers.”

With many years of experience in the professional audio industry in China, XIYALINGKE specializes in consultancy and the installation of various types of projects. For Lynx Pro Audio, China continues to represent a significant growth opportunity, making this a strategic partnership for both companies. Live performances in Jerusalem Club

In the heart of the city of Valencia is the Jerusalem Club, one of the most popular halls of the Valencian night and perhaps the most musically diverse throughout its long night-life history.

Housed in an Art Deco building, this venue opened as silent cinema in 1928 and continued its activity as a cinema until 1985. After being closed for a few years reopened its doors in the early 90’s as a dance hall and nightclub. Since then Jerusalem Club has been maintaining its activity until becoming a seductive concert hall, with a privileged location in the center of Valencia.

This is a large club oriented today to people looking forward to listening to good music, old and new. That’s why one of their main activities are the concerts, with bands immersed in small format tours or even tribute bands, a formula very well received among fans of live music. The club is distributed on two floors and have a very unique design as it maintains its old theater structure, with upper balcony included.

The club is fully equipped with Lynx Pro Audio’s ADP series self-powered enclosures. The stage offers a compact P.A. system consisting of four ADP-15 with two ADP-18S subwoofers. And for the rest of the club they use 20 x ADP-26 enclosures, all evenly distributed around the central hall and the balcony space. All the ADP units are powered with digital processor integrated.

180.000 W of Lynx Pro Audio at Marenostrum Xperience Festival

Marenostrum Xperience festival was held in Valencia this July 8th and 9th and has become regarded as one of the best electronic music festivals in Spain, where international DJ’s play for thousands of people for 2 days.

The Marina of Valencia was once more the place chosen by the organizers to carry out the event, which this year has become even bigger. Thanks to the “Xperience” concept, the festival has expanded all the activities included, as it is not only about dancing but also of combining sea, fun and sport for revelers from all over the world.

The Techno stage was equipped with a Lynx Pro Audio system consisting of a line array of 20 LX-V12 enclosures, flying 10 units per channel. For the front fill, eight LX-V8 units were stacked in combination with the subwoofer reinforcement, an alignment of 26 LX-218S enclosures and the LX-318C cardioid, all distributed evenly in front of the stage.

Umek, Monika Kruse, Paco Osuna, Sam Paganini or Cuartero were just some of the DJs on the Techno stage, where Lynx Pro Audio systems thrilled thousands of people to the beat of the best dance and techno.

Audioprobe was in charge of the technical configuration.

Bouet is a different restaurant, with 285 square meters located in the Ruzafa district of Valencia. This space is designed to generate emotions. It is formed by a team of young and enthusiastic people, passionate about restoration and its craft processes with a new ethical, healthy, fresh and exotic culinary style.

New proposals are constantly being created that shape a new sensory experience. Mediterranean, Asia, Latin America and a little of the Middle East in tune. The new Bouet claims gastronomy as a sensory and hedonistic experience.

In this space, the experience is multiplied thanks to the interior design and the good music that accompanies the diner throughout the experience. For this purpose, several ultra-compact QB-5 enclosures have been used, ideal for installations for ambient music, and a pair of DR-N12 subwoofers for low frequency reinforcement.

The kitchen is conceived as the main stage, totally open to the public with the aim of showing the production process of each dish. This restaurant offers a variety of original tapas, with which you will enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine with Asian touches.
